I have a Nikon D60. We recently updated our computer to Windows 10. I hooked up my camera to transfer photos to my computer and I am not getting the Nikon icon. We are leaving for vacation next week and I want to make sure I have plenty of storage....HELP! Kathy
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is the Nikon D60. My father left it to me when he passed away in 2010 and he had the camera for 2-3 years prior.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have not transferred photos in a while and it just happened when I attempted to transfer today. I went to the Nikon website and was confused about whether I needed to update the software.....
