my son bravia is trying to load the internet and it's just going in circles with the icon in the upper right corner. how do I stop it and go back to tv?
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: it's a 65" sony aabout 4 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried to get it to load the internet about 15 minutes ago and no button I push on the remote or turning it off and on gets it out of this mode
