I have nikon nx2 downloade to my computer. It came with the new nikon camer last year. It has been working until recently. I have a nokon cool scan ls 9000 scanner that I transfer slides to digital and store them in the nx2. Now my computer is old too with an XP operating system. I have been getting an error message to tell microsoft about the problem. Well Microsoft doesn't support anymore. Issue is that the error notice come up and I can't open an image in nx2. Bob
JA: What is the machine's exact make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: The computer is a Dell something about 10 years old. The NX2 literature for requirements to operate are met.Intel Pentium4 or Celeron.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: 2 days. I removed and reloaded but still the same.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
