Hi, I'm Lin. I have a panasonic phone. The base says it is full. How do I empty it so I can receive calls again? Thanks
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: 2 years.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't receive many calls and I've tried all the buttons on the base and handset. (I'm 70 by the way.

If you pick up the line, and listen carefully, what do you hear - a few beeps or a fast/stutter tone prior to the dial tone perhaps?
