I mistakenly "blocked" two numbers and would like to remove the block on those two specific numbers, please
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Model No. KX-TGE270 about 2 years old, I think
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I realized I put the block on the numbers. One was several months ago and the other was this week. I went through the manual trying to find instructions, but couldn't...didn't try to do anything to the phone itself...
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?

Take a handset and key in Menu#217

This will bring up the block list,

then scroll up/down through the list until you see the desired number, then press the ERASE button below the screen,

up/down to YES to confirm


then OFF

Repeat for the other number.
