My motherinlaw's safe seems to have lost battery power to

Customer Question

my motherinlaw's safe seems to have lost battery power to open. She said her keys are the safe...(don't ask me why...I'm only the messenger and my wife is laughing quite loudly!...haha) I do have the numbers from the outside. However I do not know what model this would be called other than a small safe about 12-14" high.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it? How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just says Sentry safe...probably 10-12 yrs....really don't know. I do know that she had me drill in the screws/bolts into the floor.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just that I do have numbers from the outside if that helps.

Go ahead and send me the numbers you have, if you can.

If not, in the absence of a model number, can you tell me if the keypad area is round, square, or rectangular?
