my Samsung tablet will not sync current email. Last synced yesterday, 10:31pm
JA: Has your Samsung done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: less than a year old. happened for the first time when overseas
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: went to sync settings and altered the schedule
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i am 70 years old and a very slow at the keyboard

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the tablet and hold the power button to off then select power off.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the tablet and download your mails
