When I boot up my laptop it goes immediately to show that it is shutting down and stays on that screen.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Acer aspire Es 15 Es1-531-P8NJ
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: For the last two days. I am unable to do anything except turn it on or and off

Initially, is the battery fully charged?

Have you tried powering on with the AC adapter / charger still plugged in?

Are you able to boot in SafeMode?

If not and as it would appear to be an internal hardware issue, are you then considering a DIY (do-it-yourself) repair approach? If yes, would you be comfortable opening the Acer to work on the inside?

It seems that the problem may be beyond our fixing at this time. Could you please arrange for my account with just answer to be cancelled and refund my deposit as I will try to seek assistance elsewhere
