Hi there and welcome

The driver that you require you can obtain via my link beoow

https://esupport.sony.com/US/p/swu-download.pl?mdl=DCRPC110&upd_id=1452&os_group_id=13

the actual software to obtain the content is called Play Memories, this you can download here

http://support.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/www/disoft/int/download/playmemories-home/win/en/index.html

You can then put them on disk via this

If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Else if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the screen then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

i knew what that site said. They don't have a windows 7 disc. If there is a site that does, then you'd earn the fee! Otherwise

ok, I am not too clear on your response sorry but you use the XP version, this is what I indicated before.

Download the XP version please as it is the only version they have.

Take a memory stick to the library then download it to that
