Hi, I'm Nathan.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this but I'll do my best to help you.

To be clear, this is a paid support service, where you are paying for my time and expertise, in providing you with an accurate and quick answer that you wouldn't be able to get elsewhere, including from the manufacturer.

With that in mind, to proceed I need a bit more detail, please.

First, are you hearing a greeting/message when someone your number is ***** and have the opportunity to leave a message, but you just don't get them when you press the play button on the panasonic system?

If you pick up the line and listen very carefully, what do you hear - a few beeps or a fast/stutter tone prior to the dial tone, or just the regular dial tone?
