My monarch does not seem to have up and down or magnification . It worked fine for years I had to send it in years ago and it has been fine I have had it so long I don't remember what was wrong the last time
I couldn't use it for about a year or more
Due to med.problems I thought maybe
Something froze up inside I sure mlss
I have used it for 10 0r15 years or so you

The scope will need to be returned to Nikon for servicing.
