how do i change the batteries in my sfwttc safe
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: sfwit is about months old. the serial number is ***** it is an sfw 123ttc type
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i was able to open it last month. now the low battery light is on. i see the battery but do not know how to get it out

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this but I'll do my best to help you.

You'll need to grasp the outer round part of the keypad, give it a quarter turn to the right, and pull straight back. This will give you access to replace the 4 AA batteries there.
