I have a pandigital photo frame. Have lost the remote. There

Customer Question

I have a pandigital photo frame. Have lost the remote. There is one picture in the internal memory that says "Format Not Supported!" The pic was on here when I first turned it on, and it's the only one I'd really like to restore. Can I do this without the remote? I'm not certain what model this is. Bought it in 2008? Maybe? Thanks for your help.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: I honestly don't know. As I said I bought it in 2007, maybe 08. It doesn't say ANYWHERE ON THE DEVICE WHAT IT IS.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It was in storage for years. I have not turned it on since 2010. I did plug in an iPhone 6 to the host USB (wrong, I know) because I wanted to download the one picture to save it. It somehow has corrupted it. It still shows up as a file with the JPG identification, but the pic is now blank.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i don't think so. I'm exhausted from going through old manuals, but unable to find any help without the original remote.
