Customer Question

how can I access my kindle books on different pcs
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: my main one is a lenovo [new] (Rodney) and the second one named sue is a HP [about 18 months]
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I am studying at night school and have just downed a text book on my main but need to access it on the older one so that I can reference and type at same time
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?

Hi there and welcome

To access the books, you can use my link below

https://read.amazon.com/

Sign in with your Amazon account there and all your books are available to be read

If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Else if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the screen then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

ok, we are going to need more clarification here sorry. Initially you said you want to access your Kindle Books, which is the link I gave you.

Now you indicate you do now want to access your books

What exactly have you done and what exactly do you wish to do?

Maybe it is easier if you are called instead?
