Have a thumb drive with some photos in a Power Point

Customer Question

Have a thumb drive with some photos in a Power Point Program. Showed the photos just fine when I first put program together a year ago. Now the photos won't load from the thumb drive. I think Power Point has been updated on my computer since I put things together. I did get some kind of message regarding installing Scan Disc 2 while trying to figure out what's wrong. Haven't a clue how to put Scan Disc 2 into the projector. My computer is a MacBook Pro, and yes everything that can be updated has been. The projector is an Infocus model IN1112a. It is suppose to be able to project pictures from a thumb drive.
