Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

I'm Greg and will do my best to assist you today.

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) What is the AGE of this system and WHEN did this issue first begin (or was noticed)?

2) How many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system, and if more than one, do ALL handsets have this same issue?

3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

4) If you have ANY other devices (phones, fax, etc.) attached to this same phone line and if so, are they working properly?

Please REPLY using the box below.

No more charges. I should have not paid in the first place.

Hi again,

OK - just to confirm that you know this is a pay-for-help site, and that you understand that?

Also, any requests you see pop-up about "premium services" are offered by the site (and not me).

Do you wish to continue here?

I realize I paid for an answer which I regret now but I won't pay more for a phone call.

I will try to contact Panasonic directly. So let's cancel this contact. Can I cancel the PayPal payment?
Expert:  Greg A. replied 1 year ago.

OK - I will send your request to cancel to the customer service folks here.

Please do NOT reply further on this question thread, as it will open your question again.

Take Care, Greg A.
