Customer Question

my sister gave me a Garmin vivofit with s/n 41T831821.
There are also these numbers: M/N:F4ARND00 and FCCID:IPH-02325.
The problem is that the small chip that inserts into your computers USB port is lost.
Can it be replaced short of purchasing en entirely new unit?

Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of any issue using your device.

I believe what you are referring to is the "USB ANT Stick" - that allows you to connect to the computer. And yes, these ARE available as a separate item in a couple of different places.

First, I have a link to the Garmin page where these are sold - for FULL price (~$50).

Click Here for Garmin Listing -->

BUT, you can also get them on Amazon, for less than half the cost shown on the Garmin page. Click link below to see that listing.

Click Here for Amazon Listing -->

Please let me know what you find or if you have any more questions.

If this has answered your question(s), please take a moment to rate MY service level (5-star is my goal) so that I get credit for my time helping you with this question.

You should see some "stars" to do that, but please let me know if you do NOT see them (you may have to scroll UP or DOWN) or can not use them.

Thanks, ***** *****
