My staff lost the key to our small Sentry Safe that we keep payroll in.
It is no where to be found.
its also has a key pad but I never programed it since the key did the same thing.
Can you tell me what's the code that they are shipped with?

I'm so sorry you did not receive an earlier answer. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry that the key is lost and you don't know the combination for the safe. If you don't have the original, factory set code, from the owner's manual, the manufacturer is the only one who can provide you with this information, after you provide the model number, serial number and key/lock number.

Please visit the website below, follow all instructions, download and fill out the Notary Form to prove safe ownership and you will be sent your combination and keys (they're usually sent in sets of 2).


Combinations are never available online, so this is the only way to recover your combination and get your lost keys; however, if this is an urgent matter, and with payroll, it might be, you always have the option of calling a local locksmith or safe technician to get your safe open without rendering it unusual or they may have to drill the lock.
