My weigh tronix WI-125 appears as if there is no power

My weigh tronix WI-125 appears as if there is no power coming into it. Screen is not lighting up. Plugs we have tried are hot. was working fine yesterday. we use it 1 - 10 times per day.
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: just noticed it this afternoon when we went to weigh something
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Not much really. Not sure what to look for all cords seem to be in good condition
JA: The electronics expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?

Initially, it would appear to be completely/electrically dead. If comfortably able and feel safe to do so and would attempt an internal DIY (do-it-yourself) repair approach, then proposed preliminary tries (if have not been done):

  • • check/replace fuse F1 of the power supply board;
  • • measure resistance of the primary winding of transformer T1.
