My Netcam was working for (I guess) a free trial period. The camera "clips" screen now says "Camera 1 Unavailable". What does this mean, how to fix it, and need I purchase a plan - if so, where and how????

Please tell me, what computer are you running the Belkin Netcam HD+ on ?

In the sense of, "Is it a Windows PC, or an Apple computer?"

What do you use the camera for, still pictures only? or video as well as still pictures? or something else?

( I suspect you won't have to purchase a plan, that there is a way to get it working again free of additional charge. )

Initially, proposed preliminary tries (if have not been done):

  • • verify 5VDC supply to the camera with a volt/multi-meter;
  • • press on the recessed RESET button;
  • • re-install; i.e. run the setup again on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
