I bought a Garmin Forerunner 225, and I can not bluetooth it

Hi I bought a Garmin Forerunner 225, and I can not bluetooth it to my iphone 6.
It was working perfectly and then it just stopped - I have tried resetting the phone and resetting the watch and everything in between
Both devices have the latest version of software 2.9 for the watch and IOS9.3.3
Help please...

Hi Pete,
Can still pair my phone with the car and other devices- not sure about the watch as you have to connect through the Garmin connect AP- and Garmin connect finds the watch with the provided code but the paring fails.... I have uninstalled the AP and reinstalled and wiped the phone to factory settings as well as updating the software everywhere

Ok, then the problem may be with the watch - can you test it with another phone?

If confirmed as faulty it will need to be returned to Garmin.
