Customer Question

My Optoma Dlp worked great until last night. When I turned it on It would no longer receive an image from the source
Nothing had been change from the previous hour. I bypassed the receiver thinking that might be it but still showed "no display" The Hdmi cable is heavy duty and all connections are good.
Any thoughts or direction would be beneficial

Hi there,

Try using a different HDMI cable and a different input source device.

If that doesn't work, test the other input types.

If you still get "no display" showing then there is likely a fault on the main board - this can happen suddenly and unexpectedly without warning/
