Customer Question

I have an Aluratek 10"digital picture frame that I cannot seem to get to play movies. The file was originally a .MOV file, which I purchased Wondershare Media Converter to create a .avi file which seemed to convert fine but when I transfer it over am still receiving "file not supported" not sure what I am doing wrong. I have had this for quite some time and just getting around to using it, is there software upgrades that need to happen?

Hi Scott,

Not all .avi files are the same.

Most photo frames play at lower rates than a PC. Try encoding at a lower bitrate and test it again.
