I can't eject a dvd from my panasonic DMP BD 10A, 3 years

Customer Question

I can't eject a dvd from my panasonic DMP BD 10A
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Panasonic is? And have you done any troubleshooting yourself?
Customer: 3 years old - I don't know what to do
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I turned it off and unplugged it and tried to eject again. It flashes open then close then no disc the it starts playing the dvd
JA: The electronics expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: Does this cost money
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Technician about your situation and then connect you two.
