Hello, Carlos and welcome.

My name is ***** ***** I will be glad to help with your safe issue.

You will need to replace your batteries with new ones (alkaline only or lithium for electronics) and I can provide you with instructions to do that; but, first, your safe should have come with a set of the regular keys to use in conjunction with the combination to open, AND a set of 'Override' or 'Skeleton' keys to open in emergency.

To use the Override key, follow these instructions:

Key override

If your electronic lock fails or you do not have any codes

available, you may use a key override to access this unit.

Remove the battery cover, disconnect and remove the

battery holder.

Insert the skeleton key (second set of keys provided)

into the key hole inside the opening for the battery.

Turn the key to the right.

Turn the four-bitted key to the right.

Open the door.

If your safe has a round keypad, turn the outer rim to the right, slightly, from the 12:00 position to the 2:00 position, then remove. Behind there, you will see the battery holder, replace the batteries, then twist the keypad back on, to the left, just a bit, so it's secure, but don't over-tighten.

If your keypad is rectangular, look at the plastic panel below it. You should see a tiny hole towards the left or center of the panel. Take a pen point or the end of a paperclip and put it in the hole, push in, while sliding the panel off, to the right. Inside you will see the battery holder. Replace your batteries and then slide the panel back on, to the left.

Battery replacement

When old batteries are removed for replacement, your Password

will be voided; only Factory-set original combinations and User Codes will work. To reestablish your Password, follow the directions above under “Programming a Password.” (in the manual)

If you don't still have it, here is a copy of your user's manual, to download:

I hope this helps!
