Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your device.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) The AGE of the device?

2) WHEN this issue first began?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I got it in 2013. I noticed it about 2 weeks ago. It's just stuck and between when I asked and you responded I managed to jiggle it so that it works again. I would appreciate it if you didn't charge me for this but am willing to lose my $5.

Hi again,

I'm glad to hear you got the device working again.
