hi how long will this take please
Expert:  Russell H. replied 1 year ago.

Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

EJ Full means the Electronic Journal is getting full.

That's a record of transactions kept in the till's memory.

If your Sam4 till has a register key, turn it to either

- X position, and key in 300 and then SBTL

which will print an 'X-report' and clear the transaction memory,

or

- Z position, and key in 399 and then SBTL

which will clear the transaction memory.

If this doesn't work for any reason, or if you need further explanation, let me know.

(If this answers your question, please rate my answer. Thanks.)

I have passed your request on to Customer Support at JustAnswer.com, since I have no power myself as an Expert over charges, billing, or refunds.
