I have a Garmin Drive 60 that's in Spanish and I've been trying to change it to English and have been unable to do so. What to I need to do?

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is***** will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

I suspect you have to reset the Garmin GPS 60 back to default condition - this will prompt it to get you to set the language (English, not Espanol) and the time-and-date, what the device does when power fails, etc.

These are initial settings for the user when they first acquire the system.

Or try something like this, which may perhaps work if you can just read the Spanish language labels (in bold type below) in a phonetic sort of way:

1. Go to the Setup menu, and

2. highlight Sistema

then press ENTER.

3. Use the rocker to highlight Lingua (that's what it ought to be called), press ENTER, then highlight

4. Inglés

and press ENTER.
