Customer Question

Hi Peter, thanks for getting back to me... I actually somehow was able to get it to lock using my own personal passcode that the safe recognizes and accepts, however, now i can't get it open, regardless if i put my code in. When I put the code it it makes a sound and says "open", but I can't turn the knob enough to get it to actually open. Now, it is locked with some personal belongings.... worst case, I will purchase a replacement key, but in the mean time it's jut frustrating that it isn't working properly nor consistently.
