Hello, Offhand I need elaboration on the problem. How is the capacity of the battery being "optimal" directly related to it no longer holding a charge? These two things are contradictory. Also please get me the model of the HP located on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop. Additionally, how long have you owned it for and when did the problem occur?
