Hi I own a jvc stero in my f350 i changed out both batteries and now my gps wont work radio and everything else works freat

Hello,It is possible that the GPS antenna connection on the nav system has come loose, or the GPS antenna itself has failed - check all connections, check the cable for signs of damage, or try fitting a replacement GPS antenna to check out if the unit then picks up a GPS signal ok.If you still get a GPS error when using a new antenna and away from any tall buildings, etc. then it is likely that something has blown inside the nav unit when the batteries were changed out and the unit will need to be sent for repair.
