Customer Question

Hello, I have a Garmin Zumo 220 GPS.
When I use it WITHOUT plugging into motor-bike/car "lighter-socket" it gives me directions ok.
As soon as I plug into the "lighter-socket" it asks for my 'password' and then goes to "Loading Maps" as usual BUT then worms through with a picture icon telling me that I am plugged into a power source - the worm ceases but the picture icon still remains.
Can anybody help me work through my problem???

Hi what's-up?

This sounds like a software glitch - you should still be able to use the Zumo when it is connected to a power source. If you haven't already done so, try updating the software on the device first.
