Customer Question

fone not working..."line in use" manual states "Someone is using the line" I assume I have my own line (which no one is on) as I am the only one here. Could this be a Telephone company "line issue"?

Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system. that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the main base unit.

2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
3) WHEN did this issue first begin, or was noticed?

Thanks

I have NO phone, so you can not call me. I will dispute all charges for your "service" not received....$32.00

Hi again,

Any pop-up or request you see on your end of this system - perhaps asking if you want to do a phone call - is OPTIONAL and can be closed or ignored.

Back to my questions, which I did not see a response back here for.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

Please post your responses back HERE (don't reply by email), as this is the only page I see your responses on.

Thanks

Hi again,

I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved?

I only ask because this could have been an issue with the service provider OR the phone, so TESTING is usually needed to find out which it is.

I look forward to any further questions or results that you may have.

Thanks, ***** *****
