We RECENTLY purchased a KX-TG585SK PHONE SET. 1- Our

Customer Question

1- Our reception is ok except that it drop off and hangs up on its own.
2. Our transmission is horrible. Worse than the old cellular phones used to be. Infact, so bad that we are now using our cell phone exclusively to dial out.
3. Our old AT&T wireless phone system worked beautifully. We only "upgraded to more handsets.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
We donated our AT&T set or we would re install.
Thank you.

Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,

Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...

Initially, have you tried (temporarily) turning off or moving away WiFi enable devices?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Call me 1-***-***-**** I cannot stand by my computer waiting indefinitely, i.e., 10 minutes has passed and 24 hors is too long.

In case there is any question, at this time I am NOT satisfied and unless I am by noon tomorrow cancel the service and credit my American Express account.
Thank you,
