Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones and annoying calls.

It sounds like you want to block:

- calls without a caller ID AND

- other individual numbers, one at a time.

Is that correct?

Also, may I ask if you have the FULL operating instructions (manual) for this system (I may need to make a few page references for you)?
