Customer Question

I have a Garmin watch ********* that is about a year old and it has stopped taking a charge. It will no longer recharge when I plug it in. Is there something I can get it to do to take a charge again. Please advice ... thank you

Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your device.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) Is there ANY indication that the device is charging - when connected to the charge clip?

2) What power source are you using to charge?

3) Have you tried a DIFFERENT power source yet?

I have moved it to a different power source and it worked ... thank you

Hi again,

Very good. You MAY want to also clean the contacts of the watch AND the charging clip - as sometimes those get "dirty" and need to be cleaned - for better contact.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

If this has answered your question(s), please take a moment to rate MY service level (Excellent is my goal) so that I get credit for helping you with this question.
You should see some "smiley faces" or "stars" to do that, but please let me know if you do NOT see them (you may have to scroll UP or DOWN) or can not use them.

Thanks, ***** *****
