Hi Mark,

You can connect up to two Bluetooth devices at a time to the DEH-X4850BT.

If there are any other Bluetooth devices connected to the system, try removing them first, then try pairing the speaker again.

PeteI've done that, more than once. As I indicated in my first query the speaker is supposed to reply after pairing with a solid white LED and a audible tone. It does not. The speaker, however, will pair and connect to an Android Phone. I need help with the Pioneer. Please help!mark

Ok, then there may be a problem with the software on the Pioneer system.

There are no software updates available online, so it will need to be returned to a Pioneer service centre for diagnosis and repair.
