Hello, You can use literally ANY Blue Tooth adapter that has stereo line level outputs to connect to your Pioneer. Below are several different units. I've used them all with various receivers as Blue Tooth integration devices and they all will work to transmit a Blue Tooth signal from your phone, Ipad, etc. to your Pioneer receiver:

The AS-BT100 is not a good choice, as it's designed for car stereos and requires a hard-wired connection and an additional power supply. The units I linked to above all include plug in power supplies, and then simply connect to your receiver using standard "Aux (3.5mm), to Stereo RCA" patch cables.
