I'm trying to reset some setting, But several of my devices

Customer Question

I'm trying to reset some setting, But several of my devices have n/a next to them in one of the initial screens where you select which devices are to be controlled by an activity. Why?

Hi Barry,

N/A means "Not Available", so the remote is unable to see the affected devices on the network.

If you haven't already done so, try resetting all network equipment and devices by powering them off for a few minutes, then turn them back on again.

Reply back and let me know if the devices are now listed again on the remote?
