Hi there,

This will happen if a clerk is not signed on.

To fix this, simply sign on by pressing the top right-hand button whilst in REG mode.

Hi we have tried what you suggested and it never worked can you come up with another option as it is beginning to impact our business trading , we would even consider doing a complete reset of register if that gets it working ...urgentSteve

as this was a business critical issue I have had to engage an onsite technician and the issue is now fixed so I wont require any thing further on this issue thank youSteve

Hi Steve,

if a clerk was already signed on, then it is likely a software glitch requiring a reset of the cash register.
