I have had my Bose wave radio since 2001...acouple months

ago, some water was found...
I have had my Bose wave radio since 2001...acouple months ago, some water was found on top, sitting on the system, as rain leaked through my bedroom roof...not a lot, very minimal, so I dried it; turned it over (no water dripped out, leaving me to believe a lot of water did NOT get into the system), but sense then it is dead :-(

Tell me if your able to do the following please

On the remote, press and hold Alarm Setup (Menu) until "-SETUP MENU-" is displayed
Press Tune/MP3 > ten times until "RESET ALL- NO" is displayed
Press Time – or Time + to change "RESET ALL- NO" to "RESET ALL- YES." "PRESET 3 TO CONFIRM" will appear on the display
Press Presets 3 to confirm. When the reset is complete, "RESET COMPLETE" is displayed. The setup menu will automatically exit after 10 seconds

Then tell me if it starts or even if these steps can be done please.
