I'm sorry about the issue. Does it currently have windows 7 or 8 or 8.1, etc.?

What's the exact error or message when installing Windows 10?

Solution #1:

- Go to Control Panel\System and Security\System, then there, check if the System type is 32-bit or 64-bit, then download and install Windows 10 using the appropriate website link below:

; for 64-bit:

, the download file name is called MediaCreationToolx64

; for 32-bit:

, the download file name is called MediaCreationTool

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, it looks like your computer model is not compatible with Windows 10. You can just download and install the Start Menu 8 program at the website below, then you will get the similar Start button / menu like in Windows 7 and Windows 10:

, there, click on Free Download, then click on the green Download Now button to download and install file sm8-setup... (Do not download / install any other item.)

Solution #3:

- If that still does not work, and you'd really like to install Windows 10, then please try the following:

  1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)

  2. Tap or click Update and recovery, and then tap or click Recovery.

  3. Under Refresh your PC without affecting your files, tap or click Get started.

  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.

  5. Once done refreshing, go to Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Update and check for updates, then see if you can install Windows 10 there.
    - If needed, try Solution #1 above again.
