Hi , I purchasing a SentrySafe second Hand. By accident I closed the Door . Now when I follow the Manual to open the Safe it dose not work. The Model # ***** ***** can you please help me to open the Safe.

No Key needed to open

I tried page 3 in the Manual the 3- Number Combination ( Point the Dial to zero......)

Hi again,

So sorry for the delay. My internet disconnected and it took a while to reboot.

Here are the instructions for the correct dialing sequence for a 3-number combination:

First, 'clear' the dial by turning several times right or left, gently.

A. Start the dial at zero.

B. Turn the dial to the left. Make sure ZERO
passes the pointer at least THREE times. Then stop
at the first number of your combination.

C. Turn the dial to the right. Stop the SECOND
time you reach the second number of your
combination.

D. Turn the dial to the left. Stop the FIRST
time the pointer reaches the third number of your
combination.

If you have already done this, because the safe is second-hand, the dial may be a little off, so try to match the pointer with the number a little before and/or after the number in the combination.

If you continue to have problems, your next step should be to contact Sentry Customer Service, as you may have a defective opening mechanism. Here is their phone number and hours:
