Menu then Setup, then System, then Text Language (2nd setting)

In Spanish - Configuración, then Sistema, then idioma de texto (there is a VOICE language setting too, so you should have texto in it.

In French - Setup, System, langue du texte

That should be close enough for you to compare the words on your Menu. All of those languages are built off the same MOTHER language so it should be closely familiar to the English language if you look at the words.
