Customer Question

Hi, I've got one Orange line on the left side of my TV that comes and goes. A repair guy over the phone said it was a panel issue, but vizio customer support has it as a conflict issue... How do I know who to trust?

I understand your anxiety here just a couple of questions myself ,

How old is the set please?

How thick/thin is this orange line also is it vertical or horizontal?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
it's maybe 3-4 years old. the line is 1/4" to 1/2" thick. the line comes and goes.

OK one foolproof way of proving if its the panel or not is to press the menu button of the sets own remote control (when the line is present)and let me know if the line is OVER or BEHIND the menu display

The panel can go intermittent so the line can come and go but if you do that test we will know for sure
