I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
I see that you have indicated that you have already tried everything, however have you also tried resetting the cash register to its factory settings?
If that does not work either, then the cash register will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I don't know how to do that, please could you assist
Expert:  Pete replied 2 years ago.
Once reset, you will need to program it again.
Did you program the cash register originally?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No but I do not know how to reset it please assist
Expert:  Pete replied 2 years ago.
Who originally programmed the cash register?
That information will need to be re-entered - do you have it available?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
It was brand new no one has programmed it , I set the date etc as per the quick set up instructions but the printer is simply printing strange and random things ie if i put in 41 pounds the receipt prints it as 729##ca4
