L.S. years now I have a set of a panasonic cordless

Customer Question

For several years now I have a set of a panasonic cordless phone. Model no.:
One handset doesn't work properly but it did'nt bother me so far.
But slowly I am getting more and more housebound due to old age.
What are my chances to have it replaced or better still, have it replaced and getting me a third handset. One for use in my living room, one for my bedroom and one for using it in de basement so I have easier and quicker access for answering calls.
I don't want to play the old, poor me but I am a low income pensioner and 81 years old
but want to live another 20 years
Hoping for a favourable solution/answer a.s.a.p.

Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,
Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...
Initially, bear with us; re-confirm and post back with the complete model number of the Panasonic base unit.
Would used and/or refurbished handsets be acceptable? ...or only new handsets?

Perhaps a Panasonic KX-TG8412. If so, then please see the links below to inquire for a compatible handset.
• new -
• refurbished -
