I have a Pioneer SC-25 Elite that won't turn On. No Blue power

Customer Question

I have a Pioneer SC-25 Elite that won't turn On. No Blue power light, but MACC LED is blinking. Most time the speakers that are turned on are 4-Speakercraft 7 -2 (8 ohms)
1-B&W Center HTM61 (8 ohms)
1-Definitive TechnologySuper Cube Subwoofer.
At time I power outdoor speakers
2- Definitive Technology TAW 5500 (4-8 ohms).
At times I power both sets simultaneously.
Any thoughts

Hello and sorry you're having problems. How long have you owned this receiver for and when did the problem occur? Also has the receiver ever shut itself off in the past?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The receiver is 3 years old. The problem occurred about ten days ago. Its never shut itself off before. Its not used more than a couple of hours a week.

Thanks for the reply. In order to rule out an external fault in the speaker wiring, or the voice coil of one of the speakers, can you please unplug the unit from power, then disconnect ALL speaker wires (label them if you need to), and then plug the receiver back into power to see if it will turn on?
