Our Hitachi H65SA Jack Hammer is experiencing problems. Its been working fine and then all of a sudden the power to it died. Power points and safety boxes are fine, leads are fine. When I unplug it then replug it back in, it works for a few moments and i feel the power die again. I pulled the handle off and the wires seem to be fine. I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
The problem is likely with the electric motor inside the H65SA jack hammer.
Check for any loose wiring around the motor first. If it seems fine, then remove the motor and see if it is damaged or broken. It may just require a small repair, or it may need to be replaced.
