TI-89 Titanium Texas Instruments Unit will not turn on. I tryed taking out one battery pushing apps replacing battery then push on button screen blinked black once that was it still won't turn on.

After you replace the batteries with known good batteries, I have two things you can try:

A reset. Turn it on, then:
2nd + Left Arrow + Right Arrow + On
This restarts and clears ram.

If that doesn't work, you need to reload firmware. You need to identify your TI-89 version and using your PC and a connect cable, rewrite the calculators OS. Specific downloads and instructions can be found here:
